There is no one but yourself that can make you work out. It takes strength, effort, guts, SWEAT, and a lot of determination to get yourself into a healthy regimen of a balanced diet and exercise schedule. Do you have what it takes? Of course you do! Take responsibility for your body, your health, and your goals. Its not going to be easy, and some days you certainly wont want to get out of bed to work out, but you WILL. You want this too bad to give up. So don’t.
